About KIWL Machine
KIWL Machine builds brewing, filling and packaging equipment for beverage producers, and supports each project from process specification through commissioning.
What we build
The product range covers brewhouses from 1,000 L to 5,000 L per batch, glass and can filling lines, bottle washers, tunnel pasteurisers, labellers and inline inspection. Equipment is built to the customer's container formats and throughput rather than sold from a fixed catalogue.
How projects run
A project starts with the process: beer styles, target volume, container formats and available utilities. Equipment is then sized to that specification, with a single point of responsibility for process design, supply, installation supervision and commissioning.
Where the equipment is used
Machines are in service in craft and regional breweries, contract bottling plants and beverage producers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Utility conditions and local service access are part of the specification, so a plant in a hot climate is configured differently from one in a temperate market.
Support after handover
Spare parts, remote diagnostics and planned maintenance continue after commissioning. Operating manuals, spare parts lists and electrical drawings are handed over as a documented package.
