Modulfill Bloc FS-C Glass Bottle Filler
A single-frame rinser-filler-crowner bloc for glass beer bottles, built for breweries that need stable dissolved oxygen and fast format changes on the same line.

Why one frame instead of three machines
Rinser, filler and crowner share a common frame and a single drive. Bottles transfer by neck-handling star wheels with no open conveyor between stations, which removes the main source of oxygen pickup and foaming on a conventional line. The shorter transfer also cuts floor space by roughly 30 percent compared with three separate machines.
Counter-pressure filling for dissolved oxygen control
Bottles are pre-evacuated and pre-pressurised with CO2 before the filling valve opens, so beer never meets air at atmospheric pressure. Short filling tubes keep contact time low and let the machine run high foam-free speeds even at 4 degrees C product temperature.
Format changeover
Neck handling means only the star wheels and the crowner chute change between bottle formats. A trained operator completes a 330 ml to 500 ml changeover in about 25 minutes without tools, which matters when a brewery runs several SKUs per shift.
Typical Applications
- Craft and regional breweries with mixed SKUs — Best fit where the same line runs 330 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml bottles across a week and changeover time directly limits capacity.
- Breweries protecting shelf life — Total package oxygen under 50 ppb supports 6-9 month best-before dates without flash pasteurisation.
- Lines replacing three separate machines — A single bloc frees about 4 m of line length and one operator position compared with separate rinser, filler and crowner.

Frequently Asked Questions
What output should I specify?
Match rated output to your filler's peak hour plus 10 percent, not to annual volume. A 24,000 BPH frame typically serves 150,000-300,000 hl per year across two shifts.
Can it run crown and aluminium caps?
The standard crowner handles crown corks. An aluminium screw cap module is available as a bolt-on unit on the same frame.
Does it need a separate rinser?
No. The rinser is integrated and shares the drive, water recovery loop and CIP circuit with the filler.
